Marian has been involved in the Dallas area for many years. Marian loves selling homes whether new or pre-owned in the Metroplex.  Marian believes an agent must understand what is behind the bricks and sticks of a home to be effective. She has become the first in Texas to be TREC certified as a New Home Construction Specialist (NHCS)  realtor.  Since receiving the certification she has begun to conduct classes for area agents to teach them how to protect their buyers when building a new home.
